Jennifer’s philosophy is simple: clients come first, no matter if the client is an experienced developer or a first-time home buyer.  

A native of Cabarrus County, Jennifer proudly serves her home community as a dedicated public servant, steadfast supporter of various local organizations, and the Vice President of Operations for Team Honeycutt at Allen Tate Realty. Jennifer’s background in the tourism industry and knowledge of the North Carolina piedmont area gives her the competitive edge when matching clients with the perfect listing. Leveraging her skills as a public speaker, Jennifer prides herself on her ability to listen to your needs and advocate for them with uncompromising integrity.

With over 10 years as a local business-owner of AIM Tours, a group tour company, Jennifer has built a solid foundation as an ambassador to visitors and citizens alike. In 2015, Jennifer became the youngest female ever elected to the city of Concord’s Council (https://concordnc.gov/Government/City-Government/Council); a testimony to her dedication to the community and its people.

Jennifer and her husband love calling Concord their home with their three children.  She enjoys time in the garden, searching for the perfect cup of coffee and anything to do with sun and sand.
